I’m a big believer that going outside your comfort zone is essential to creating greatness and success.
I also believe in the power of hustle and working harder than anyone else.
But what I am learning this week is that pushing myself to the edge, while really important, needs to be respected and not taken too far.
As I’ve gone all out on this book tour, barely sleeping for weeks, and running on pure adrenaline, it’s been amazing.
But my body finally crashed.
I found my edge and went just a little past it.
However, I still believe there’s nothing wrong with pushing yourself to your edge every day.
You just need to learn to respect that edge.
