This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms & Conditions, governs your use of the Website.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily (name, address, email, phone number) when you sign up for our newsletter or SMS list, register for content, or purchase a product; order and billing information processed primarily by third-party payment processors; and information collected automatically, including IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, and similar activity data, including through cookies and third-party analytics such as Google Analytics.
How Your Information Flows Today
Information submitted through sign-up forms on the Website is collected directly by us and is transmitted to and stored by Kit (our email service provider) for email communications, and by Delphi AI, Inc. (“Delphi”) for SMS communications and operation of the Lewis Howes AI Digital Mind (described below).
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you will receive messages via our SMS platform, Delphi. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell your phone number to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Lewis Howes AI Digital Mind
We offer an interactive AI experience modeled on Lewis Howes, available directly on the Website as both a text chat and a live voice call, built and operated on Delphi’s platform. When you interact with the AI Digital Mind, your messages and, for calls, your voice audio (which may be recorded) are processed by Delphi as described in Delphi’s Privacy Policy. We may receive access to transcripts or summaries of your conversations. This content can include sensitive categories of information if you choose to share it (for example, health-related information) — please avoid sharing anything you would not want the Company to receive or Delphi to retain. Lewis Howes’s own biometric information (such as voiceprint data) used to build the AI Digital Mind is collected and retained by Delphi under Delphi’s Biometric Consent Form; we do not independently collect or store biometric information about you as a user of the AI Digital Mind. If you express thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or a crisis while using the AI Digital Mind, the conversation will end and you will be directed to contact 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or emergency services. The AI Digital Mind is not a substitute for professional crisis support.
How We Use and Share Information
We use collected information to provide our services, process orders, communicate with you, personalize content and advertising, and improve the Website. We may share information with service providers (including Kit and Delphi), joint venture or business partners, and as required by law or to protect the Company’s rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information for money.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, in addition to your rights under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (described below), you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), including the right to:
- know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
- delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise your rights, email support@lewishowes.com with the applicable request. We will confirm receipt and process valid requests within the time period required by law. Where our systems are configured to detect a recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control), we will honor it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.
Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may separately request information about personal information we have shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes by emailing support@lewishowes.com.
Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have similar rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing of your personal information under other state privacy laws. To exercise these rights, email support@lewishowes.com.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Website. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to delete it.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising/retargeting (including Facebook Custom Audience and Google Ads). You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent tool on the Website or through your browser settings.
