These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, found on the Website, constitute an Agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms contained herein, then please do not use or access the Website.
Access to Content
Any user who voluntarily signs up for more information or who purchases a product, service or program through the Website, is agreeing to both the terms of this Agreement and the accompanying Terms and Conditions of Purchase where applicable with respect to such product, service or program.
Visitors are those who visit the Website but do not register with us. No login or personal information is required of our Visitors, who can view all publicly available Website content.
Registered Users can access all publicly available content on the Website, and upon registration for an e-newsletter, product, service or program, may also gain access to exclusive Website content. The Company is under no obligation to accept any individual as a Registered User and may accept or reject any registration in its sole and complete discretion.

You assume all risk and responsibility for your use of or access to third-party websites linked from the Website. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any linked third-party site.
The Summit of Greatness
The Summit of Greatness live event is currently on hiatus and is not being actively promoted or sold. We anticipate a possible return of the event in 2028, but no dates, venue, or ticketing details are confirmed at this time. This section will be updated with current event terms, including the applicable refund policy, if and when registration reopens. No tickets are currently available for purchase.
Sponsorships, Advertising & Affiliate Links
The Company generates revenue through sponsorships, paid partnerships, advertising, and affiliate marketing programs, and may receive compensation for content, placements, or links appearing on the Website. Our participation in these arrangements does not influence the editorial content, topics, or opinions expressed on the Website; all opinions expressed remain the Company’s own. If a conflict of interest exists in connection with sponsored or affiliate content, it may not always be individually identified. All facts and claims made in connection with sponsored content or affiliate recommendations should be independently verified with the applicable manufacturer or provider.
The Lewis Howes AI Digital Mind
The Website offers direct access to an interactive artificial intelligence experience modeled on Lewis Howes (the “AI Digital Mind”), available both as a text chat and as a live voice call directly on the Website, built and hosted using a third-party platform, Delphi AI, Inc. (“Delphi”). The AI Digital Mind identifies itself as an artificial intelligence — and not Lewis Howes himself — at the start of every chat and every call, and will periodically remind you of this during longer conversations.
- Responses generated by the AI Digital Mind are produced through automated, artificial-intelligence and machine-learning processes. They are not reviewed, verified, or guaranteed for accuracy, completeness, or currentness by the Company or Delphi, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. See “Disclaimer of Warranties / Limitation of Liability” below, which applies equally to the AI Digital Mind.
- Your use of the AI Digital Mind is also governed by Delphi’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and, with respect to Lewis Howes’s own biometric data used to build the AI Digital Mind, Delphi’s Biometric Consent Form.
- Content you submit to the AI Digital Mind, whether by chat or voice (“End User Input”), is processed by Delphi as described in Delphi’s Privacy Policy, and the Company may receive access to transcripts or summaries of your conversation. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information (including health, financial, or other sensitive information) that you would not want reviewed by the Company or retained by Delphi.
- Calls with the AI Digital Mind may be recorded and processed in order to generate a response. By initiating a call, you consent to that recording.
- The AI Digital Mind is not a crisis service. If you express thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or a crisis, the conversation will end and you will be directed to contact 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or emergency services.
Accessibility

THE WEBSITE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, LEGAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. Disputes will first be submitted to mediation in Los Angeles, California, and if unresolved, to confidential binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. IF EITHER PARTY CHOOSES ARBITRATION, NEITHER PARTY SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE IN COURT OR TO A JURY TRIAL.
Class Action Waiver
You may bring claims against the Company only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Electronic Communication
By using the Website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Entire Agreement; Miscellaneous
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Terms and Conditions of Purchase, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
