There are a handful of human experiences that we’ll all go through at some point in our lives. One of those experiences is grief. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, being forced to move away to a new city, a relationship ending, or something else, there will be moments of immense pain we’ll have to face at one time or another.
Despite everyone going through periods of grief, there are so many of us who don’t acknowledge the pain we feel. They ignore it, so it gets bottled up and manifests in other areas of our life. I know because I used to be this way too. It’s only when I started to focus my energy on healing my trauma that things got better across all parts of my life – both internally and externally.
My guest today is one of the world’s leading experts on relationships, love, and healing. Her name is Dr. Laura Berman and I’m so excited to share this conversation with you today. In it, she’s going to give her insight on how we can all move forward after immense grief to not only survive, but thrive. Please help me welcome the one-and-only, Dr. Laura Berman, to The School of Greatness!
