Recently I flew to St. Louis for the weekend to record interviews on a couple of my good friend’s podcasts.
One of those was with Andy Frisella, who you probably remember from when he came on Episode 485 of my show.
There’s a lot of reasons I love Andy (he’s a super successful entrepreneur, good guy, and speaks honestly about life), but when we got into a discussion about my new book, The Mask of Masculinity, I found even more reasons to love him.
You see, looking at Andy and I from the outside, we look pretty much exactly like the stereotypes of alpha males. But when you hear us talk in this episode, you find out there’s a lot more to the picture.
While in St. Louis, I went on Andy’s podcast and we had a powerful conversation about what it really means to be a man.
We got into relationships, business, violence, trust, honesty, service, and so many other aspects of masculinity that are being debated today.
It was such a popular episode on Andy’s show that I decided to re-post part of the conversation on my podcast so that you guys can hear us break down our ideas on this.
As you know, I’m really passionate about getting the word out about this topic. There is so much anger and pain going around right now, and most of it is coming from men.
I invite you to think about how we can shift into being “real men” and make the world a better place instead of a worse one in Episode 553.
