But we all know it doesn’t work like that. In order to be happy, we first have to be intentional about creating a healthy lifestyle.
And I don’t just mean “healthy” in the fitness side of things (although this certainly is a part!). A healthy lifestyle includes many things like exercise, self-care, positive relationships, and much more!
