Ever wonder what would happen if you put Tim Ferriss, James Altucher and John Romaniello into one man?

A.J. Jacobs would pop out to create one of the most interesting human beings on the planet.

He’s outsourced his entire life (even with having night time stories read to his kids through someone in another country).

He spent a year living Biblically and followed every rule mentioned in the bible.  He learned how to hack his body, became a single woman for a while to investigate dating and he’s also the Editor at Large of Esquire Magazine.

This is episode thirty seven and we’re excited to bring you the witty and wise A.J. Jacobs.

It's fascinating the stuff you can learn about life by experimenting on yourself.  The idea of radical honesty for two months reminds us all that it is true, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything.

One of the most important concepts from this interview for me was the idea that even small changes can have big results (even posture).  I've read The Know-It-All and can't wait to dive into Drop Dead Healthy.

Loved the idea to do the walking desk.  I work from home and have tried it for two days and have already logged 15 miles!  Big fan of the podcast and the philosophies!

Great episode. Interesting thoughts on the bible, I always find myself ever diving into the subject of religion and a-religous perspectives. LOL stone that foo! The next best thing of being confident, is acting like you're confident.
