Break Your Limitations, Reinvent Yourself & Become A Champion

LIFE LESSONS FROM A BODYBUILDING LEGEND

I’m always fascinated by the accomplishments of individuals who are at the very top of their field, but I’m even MORE fascinated by the mindset and mental frameworks they practice. Over the course of my 1,200+ interviews, I’ve found there are distinct patterns when it comes to how these top performers think and approach their craft – and I feel we can learn so much from them!

Today, I’m excited and honored to have one of the biggest icons the bodybuilding world has ever seen with me in the studio! He’s won Mr. Olympia not once, not twice, but SEVEN times – which is the second most of all time, tied with the great Arnold Schwarzenegger. Please help me welcome the one-and-only, Phil Heath, to The School of Greatness!

“When you’re in a dark place, be your own light.” @philheath

Phil Heath is a legend in the bodybuilding world. He’s a 7x Mr. Olympia Winner, going undefeated in the competition every year from 2011 to 2017.  Phil is tied with Arnold Schwarzennegar for the second-highest number of wins, just behind Lee Haney and Ronnie Colman who each have 8 wins. Phil is also the Founder and CEO of Phil Heath Labs and the founder of Gifted Athletics. His competitive mindset has enabled him to be a top competitor in the bodybuilding world as well as a successful entrepreneur and advocate helping others achieve their goals.

Phil and I covered a lot of ground during our conversation, so I’m pumped to share this one with you all. If you’re ready to learn why you should never be afraid to reinvent yourself, the biggest mindset skill Phil has ever learned, how to overcome the judgment of others, and so much more, then this episode is for you. And now, please join me on Episode 1,272 of The School of Greatness!

“If you don’t take a break emotionally, you won’t be able to take a hit physically.” @philheath
