Avoid Burnout, Learn Faster, Improve Your Memory & Overcome Procrastination

Having a strong curiosity is an incredible tool to achieving your full potential – some might even call it absolutely necessary. No matter if you’re an aspiring artist, seasoned entrepreneur, creative professional or something else entirely, you should never stop learning if you want to reach the top of your field or craft.

All that said, being curious is almost a double-edged sword nowadays because we have access to SO much information at our fingertips. Nearly all the world’s knowledge is Google search away, and if we aren’t careful with our time and protective of our productivity, it’s easy to procrastinate, get distracted, or become overwhelmed with the amount of information out there.

So how do we keep learning and sharpening our skills while avoiding burnout and overwhelm? How do we overcome the temptations of YouTube rabbit holes and mindless social media scrolling when we’re trying to accomplish other tasks on our to do list? My guest today is going to show us how. Please welcome the one-and-only, Thomas Frank, to The School of Greatness!
