Interested in learning how to build a life and business around doing what you love? So am I. Let’s connect.
If you’re building something great, you’re probably feeling overwhelmed (or have at some point).
There is so much to do, all the time, and the distractions are endless.
I know the feeling well. So do a lot of entrepreneurs.
In today’s 5-Minute Friday episode on The School of Greatness I wanted to give you permission to do something you probably wouldn’t think to do.
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, it’s important to take an offseason (even if just for a day) and rejuvenate.
This looks different for everyone, but it is hugely helpful in letting go of overwhelm and re-centering on what you’re even working for.
I also share one of my favorite exercises to get things off my plate, courtesy of my friend Chris Ducker. Do it.
If you’re about to shut down from overwhelm, give Episode 132 a listen. It’s ok to have an offseason. ๐
