And from my years of experience as an athlete, I know my mind is capable of pushing my body far beyond what I think I can do.
But I read a quote recently that made me think about the power of the mind on a whole other level.
It said, “Your mind must arrive at your destination before your life does.”
Wow, yes.
Without a strong and firm belief that we can become the greatest version of ourselves, we won’t actually become that. We have to BELIEVE before it happens.
