If you want to achieve greatness in anything it starts with the mind.

When you learn how to master the mind and follow it up with a fine tuned body, then you are onto something.

The self awareness and discipline it takes to master your body and sustain it with balance over time can be applied to being successful in any other area of life.

Our next guest has mastered this at a young age and is inspiring hundreds of thousands of people around the world to live a similar lifestyle.

What’s more amazing is he only started speaking English two years ago (he grew up speaking French) as he wanted to be able to connect and inspire his fans in their language.

Get ready to step into your greatness during this episode with Marc Fitt.

Eating is a constant struggle, and it is so much more difficult to say "no" a friend that wants to grab lunch out, than it is to say "yes" to a stress-relieving spin class.  What works for me in general is to spend more time in the kitchen.  By more time, I mean more homemade meals, more cut-up veggies, more care and thought into what is going into my body.  But any uptick in social and/or work activity means that time in the kitchen is negotiated away.

Hearing Marc say that diet is 80% of getting the body you want,  just enforced what I've been experiencing and figuring out over the last few years.

This podcast and episode is so motivating as I work on my business...this is only my first month as an entrepreneur. I have to fight all doubt in my mind so I can get to work physically and allow what greatness that is in me to flow freely in reality. Thanks Lewis for your motivating podcast; thank you Marc Fitt for sharing your amazing outlook on life. It has been a bonus to my day, my business and my life.

Marc Fitt has some great things to say and his achievements speak for themselves. I am glad he mentioned sleep as being part of his success. Healthy, consistent sleep is one of the most important things you can do to boost vitality and increase happiness. You will actually die of sleep deprivation before you die of starvation. Proper sleep and a healthy diet have done more for my energy levels than the gym ever could.
