Did you know you could heal yourself from the worst cases of illness and physical pain without medicine or the use of a doctor?

Sounds crazy, right?

I’ve experienced this first hand and seen how powerful your mind can be in healing yourself (even in some extreme cases of broken bones, and energy sucking sickness).

I dive more into how I was able to heal myself, and how Dr. Lissa Rankin went from taking countless doses of medicine for years to being free from her “sick” issues completely.

I encourage you to have an open mind, and learn more about the scientific research presented by Dr. Lissa Ranking in episode 13 on how you can heal yourself.

I devoured Lissa's book. Devoured. I have Ulcerative Colitis and am constantly on the lookout for not only healing methods but also confirmation that it IS possible to heal. All I've ever heard is "the only cure is surgery". And I have a really hard time believing that. I mean, if I cut my hand, it heals. The body *wants* to heal itself, right? I just have to get out of my own way and allow it to happen. So yes, this book was a welcome addition to my overflowing bookshelves. Thank you for sharing this work with your audience - everyone needs to get a heads up!

Great interview @LewisHowes .  It is amazing what the power of the mind can do.  The stories that @lissarankin told about people being sick and their body telling them they needed to quit their job (or go to art school, etc) really hit home for me.  I left a bad job for a lot of reasons but the huge benefit was the way I felt and getting sick less.  It is really amazing how stress (from a bad job or other situation) can ruin your life and your health.  Thanks

This is my FAVORITE thing you have done to date and I have read and listened to a lot of your work.  I am huge into the power of the mind over the body, just like Dr. Rankin having my own physical issues that have turned me to a more eastern philosophy.  It so amazing to see you bringing these ideas to the forefront of your audience!  I hope to see more work of yours with people like Dr. Rankin!  THANK YOU!

I found your podcast after hearing you on Rich Roll's podcast. I was raised by parents in the medical profession then married a man raised in Christian Science. We are divorced now, but still raise our daughter in Christian Science for the most part but use common sense and seek medical treatment when needed. This interview podcast is an awesome example of the power of healing from both a mental and spiritual perspective. Now I'm going to cocus on reducing the stress in my life to live healthier and happier. Thanks for sharing!
