The Key Principles to Being The Best Parent You Can Be While Avoiding Burnout

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A “ZEN PARENT”?

The vast majority of parents out there want the very best for their kids. They make countless sacrifices for their children so they can live the greatest lives possible. That said, it’s important for parents to not ALWAYS put their own well-being on the backburner. If they don’t, they’ll run the risk of bitterness and resentment potentially building up over time, which can lead to a less than healthy home environment.

My guest today is a leading expert on the concept of “Zen parenting”, which gives parents the tools they need to ensure a happy, stable home life for their kids AND themselves. Her name is Cathy Cassani Adams, and I’m SO thrilled to have her in the studio with me today. Let’s all give the one-and-only, Cathy Cassani Adams, a warm welcome to The School of Greatness!

“It's not about whether your children will like you, it's about the truth.” @zenparenting

Whether you’re a parent or not, I think you’ll get a lot of insight from my conversation with Cathy that can help you become a more zen person overall.
