Interested in learning how to build a life and business around doing what you love? So am I. Let’s connect.

“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” – Rikki Rogers

Do you realize that you are actually limitless?

Even though right now you may be stuck in traffic at 6 am on your way to a job you hate, to pay off debt you wish you hadn’t created, to support a family that you love.

You may spend your day inside a cubicle making someone else rich alongside other people who also feel stuck.

Stuck in traffic every morning.

Stuck in debt.

Stuck inside.

Stuck in a life you didn’t dream of as a child, but now have as an adult.

Why are you here?

You stopped believing you could have what you truly desire.  You fell into a trap that many of us do, believing that there are no other possibilities besides this one.

But not so long ago you believed in endless possibilities.

You felt invincible.

You knew the world was waiting for you to explore it.

And then you grew up and forgot.

The fact is, your possibilities are limitless.

You may have given up on loving your body because you are so tired from living a life that doesn’t feel right.

Where did your passion go, your fire for freedom, for movement, for the sheer joy of dancing?

When did you decide your body was the enemy?

It’s time to love your body again.

The truth is, your body is limitless.

You know you were born for more than this.  You were supposed to be someone, to do something amazing, to contribute to the world in ways that only you can.

There is only one you, and the truth is if you aren’t stretching your perceived limits, you are being selfish robbing your gifts from all of us.

If you aren’t doing whatever it takes to bring your unique talent, your story, your smile into the world then you are a taker.

That’s right, my friend.  By keeping it locked behind the door of fear, you are taking from the world.

What if Vincent Van Gogh had never painted Starry Night?

What if John Lennon had never written Imagine?

What if Martin Luther King, Jr had never shared his beautiful dream?

What if the Wright Brothers hadn’t risked their lives to fly?

What if Oprah had given up on her talk show?

So much of the world would be missing out!

Marie Curie said, “We must believe that we are gifted for something, and that this thing, at whatever cost, must be attained”.

Whatever the cost, you must uncover your gift.

Pablo Picasso said, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.

Give it away. Now.  Not tomorrow, not next week, not after you graduate, not after you lose 20 pounds, not after you get rich.  Do it now.

Because your story could be just the thing that someone needs to hear at exactly the right time. And then that person will share their story with someone else.

And the pattern will continue and lives will become better because each of us is choosing to give.

“No-one has ever become poor by giving.” -Anne Frank

Your capacity for giving is limitless.

You are confined only by the walls you build yourself.

Dr. Richard Bartlett said, “You are more than your thoughts, your body, or your feelings. You are a swirling vortex of limitless potential who is here to shake things up and create something new that the universe has never seen.”

You can’t take anything with you to your grave so leave it all on the field.  You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Your freedom is my freedom.

Your happiness becomes my happiness.

Your triumph inspires me to keep pushing for greatness.

When you overcome your limits, you do it for everyone.

When you wake up in the morning, give thanks for another day and say:

I am limitless.
